Terrible ,Unacceptable, change without warning!

App is ok, but why is there no ability to set it to stream on wifi only? I dont have an unlimited data plan and have sometimes run over my plan limit because I didnt realize my cbc radio app was switching from wifi to cellular without notifying me. Since theres no option to disable cellular data for the app, you cant even see in iPhone cellular settings how much of your data it is using. Please fix.

App crashes on open, iOS 9, iPhone 5 Unacceptable

Now that the streaming provider has changed, CBC is no longer available through myTuner for the Apple tv. But there is no CBC Radio app on the Apple tv app store. So how are we supposed to listen to CBC? My TV doesnt have a radio tuner built in.

lame app. no Google cast support.

I can no longer listen to CBC on my wirelss speakers. This defeats the whole purpose of my wireless speaker system. I hate that CBC is no long available on Tunedin. Hate it.

I can no longer access radio one on the app. It just repeats a message to update the app (did that) or stream from the website (in which case, why bother with an app). Very annoying!

Tried to tune in last night as always on my internet radio and get nothing but a recording telling me to upgrade to the latest app. So I did.. Same recording. Cannot access streams even tho Im using this latest app. VERY badly done CBC..fix this thing now. You should provide some advance notice so we can upgrade in advance and not be inconvenienced like this. Cmon people,!!

I had to download this crappy app to be able to listen to the CBC as they broke direct links. The thro pt s chpy t sble. Tried to use it quickly deleted. No more CBC for me.

Always enjoyed CBC radio. Now I cannot download the app on my Sonos thrugh TuneIn Radio as No one sent them the new app. You are losing a customer who has been with you for years!!! Does anyone actually care before making things difficutl

Fwd and rewind buttons are not functional. Drops stream all the time. Ive since switched to NPR for my morning listening. CBC basically had to remove their stream from tunein to have any chance of people downloading their app. Must have been coded by high school interns. Dont waste your time.

Love that new app.

UPDATE: Took a previous reviewers advice and did the uninstall/re-install. The app appears to be working as it should. Not sure why the straight update doesnt work... CBC may want to mention this in the app description. 3 stars for now until I am comfortable that it will continue to work properly. Im still annoyed that I have to use the app or the web and not my expensive Grace Internet Radio... There are some third party apps that are working, but not the Grace/Reciva combination at this time. ------------------- Updated app as suggested, still get advisory to upgrade in order to listen to Radio One stream... Frustrating! Unable to select which city to listen to in Radio One section. Programming content for some cities/days is incomplete. My advisory to CBC: If it aint broke, dont fix it! Dont punish your listeners because your legal team is too stupid to insist on getting international broadcast rights... The Internet is GLOBAL, CBC should be GLOBAL. Im Canadian and I cant e en listen to my own countrys public broadcaster... OMG!

Have most recent version, however when I try to stream radio one still getting notice telling me to update.

FYI for your listeners who have problems connecting to the radio stations after the August 26th app update, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work.

Last two versions the update function doesnt work. You have to delete and reinstall the app, losing anything that you have kept to listen to later. Stream stops randomly. Show tiles and streams become misaligned.

Not at all happy. Cuts out and waste precious minutes of information getting back in...

I cannot get this app to sync to my iPod; it keeps telling me I need an updated version, but I do have the latest version. So I can no longer listen to CBC at all. Grrrr.

Since I moved from Canada I have missed CBC radio but Im glad I found the app. Cheers!

iPhone 4 users cannot upgrade their iOS beyond 7.1.2 and so they cannot use the new app and of course the older version does not work. I just cant believe this. I imagine that the "techy" that wrote this software is an under 30 millenial who just assumes that everyone buys a new phone when they come out. If this is not the case, then the most likely answer is that Im the only one left on the planet who has an iPhone 4. Tech-person/app writer: can you please write a little side version of the CBC radio app... so I can listen to the CBC radio on my phone? Pretty please! It doesnt have to support all the bells and whistles that likely the new app has because god knows the new app can probably look after your children and fly a spaceship and all kinds of stuff, it simply just needs to play CBC radio 1 and 2 if youre feeling keen. Come on. You know you can do it. You know you can probably make that work... you know.. like it was for YEARS already before you messed with it!!!!!!
