After listening to my local station since I downloaded the app months ago, I clicked on Radio One today to find Id been redirected to Kamloops for no apparent reason. I cant see any way to change it back to my local station.

Works ok, but almost impossible to find what you want to listen to. Catalog is terrible. Program fragments instead of whole shows. No ability to tailor lists...just scroll, scroll, scroll and hope you find it. Terrible. Search ok but if I have to search might as well use my browser which is better and faster
Clean, efficient, does what its supposed to. Can take the CBC with me everywhere I go. Love it. I really enjoy the featured home page that highlights neat stories as well as the ability to search by show but also by topic. And of course, being able to add things to your list to listen to later is amazing.
I never rate apps, but my first experience with the CBC app on Feb 2016, was so good I felt I had to. After reading some of the poor reviews (most of which are iPad), I gave it a shot anyway. I have an iPhone 5S running iOS 9. First, the news feed on the home screen is great, just like BBC and CTV apps used to be. As far as streaming live radio, I allowed the app to access my location and it grabbed the local Kelowna stream right away. I then went for a walk with my dog and moved from Wifi to LTE and back again without a single hiccup. I generally stream CBC via Chrome on my PC, now I can take the live show mobile! Great job CBC!
It has taken over my phone -- I did not do the upgrade myself. The Listen Now selection does nothing. I wish I could give this a zero.
App stopped working. When it did work (could connect) it was easy to use.
A good, unfancy app. ***If you cannot get the app to work, go into your settings as change your DNS to something different (I used 8.8.8.8) and that should fix the problem***
Plain and simple, it just wont open on my iPhone 6. It could be great, but who knows?
Lately the CBC Radio app does not stream CBC Victoria for me and it was. I really want to listen to On the Island in the morning because I live on Vancouver Island. Hope those bugs can be fixed.
Future updates ought to include registering an account so that saved "radio" can be heard across devices. Beyond that, I depend on this app daily, appreciate its build quality, and the integrity of the CBC1. Thank you.
I use this app a lot - more then probably any other app I have and really love it.
Removing radio 3 and sonica was a mistake. I had all the audio I ever needed in one app. Please bring it back.
I would love to be able to download multiple clips of a show more easily. Its tedious to have to click on each clip and then click the + button, then return back to the list.
Great interface, nice to use. The + button is annoying to use for every clip, would like a play all button or get to make my own playlist
Support for CarPlay would be a nice addition..
I listen to CBC constantly as the background narrative to my day. I agree with all the other reviews though re: cutting out and the awkwardness of the clips.
Like a lot of apps the idea is great but it is functionally weak. The app cant stream to save its life which makes it mostly frustrating and, ultimately, useless.
Keeps me in touch with all my favourite shows no matter where I am. Havent run into any major bugs, love the search feature. Suits my needs perfectly ☺️
I used to listen to Metro Morning with this App, even though Im located outside of Toronto. Now I cant change city streams. What happened? How do specify what live stream I want?
Couldnt get it to play Radio 2 at all, just hung after tapping the play button. Launched safari and loaded up the radio 2 webpage and it played almost instantly. CBC needs some serious work done to their apps, which is a shame because they offer great radio and tv productions.
