Great app. I grew up listening to CBC. I Love being able to select the individual stories Im interested in, download them at home, and listen without using data while Im out and about.

I was very happy with this app, but the latest update has broken some fundamental features. For example, when listening to news programs like World Report and the World at Six, I am routinely played the previous days program. Once I finally realize this is occurring, I have to close and restart the app and program again and then I get the right version. It is especially frustrating since many programs do not announce the date at the beginning of the program. This never happened on the previous version. Please fix this very poor update CBC!

Love the content and using the app. However, with the last update, the live audio stream quality has begun to "pop" like a record. Its extremely distracting. Past shows are fine. Ive tried reinstalling and changing the audio quality default to no avail. Please fix!

Why do app developers break software for older phones? Its a radio app that doesnt work at all now.

The app for older IPods no longer works for CBC RADIO. I have the latest app for this IPod and cannot update further. This change must have cut off a lot of listeners and fans of CBC Radio.

The latest version plays yesterdays world report found while browsing. A restart sets it to today.

Love CBC and listen every day with this app on iPad and iPhone BUT it cuts out often!!! IPad using iOS 9.3.5, iPhone 5C on iOS 10.0.2 and wifi signal excellent. Have sent email to CBC app support but have not had a reply. Please fix this app as I need my CBC!!!

Since I upgraded, I can no longer play CBC on my iPad 2. Because they arent upgrading the 2s iOS any more, I dont have CBC radio through your app anymore. Please fix your app to be compatible with 9.3.5, or make available an older app just for older machines available! I love my CBC!

If you leave the app to do other things on your phone. This wasnt always the case. Help. Please. Otherwise, its great and I can easily toggle between Montreal and Toronto.

Good! I wanted to listen to CBC radio news in Japan and now I can! I use this app for my further study of English. If there are subtitles, its gonna be great...

I loved CBC 3. Past tense. Removing it from the CBC Radio app makes no sense to us down in the States since the CBC Music app is unavailable in Apples U.S. app Store. Do you not want us to listen anymore? Booooo, eh?

Why do you keep hobbling your own apps? There used to be a simple interface to many streams Canada wide. It was glorious Now you have gotten rid of CBC 3 and there is no option for us to listen to it abroad? If you dont want people outside of Canada to listen, why provide an app at all? Take a cue from RTÉs marvellous, lucid app. Please, give us some options. You just keep silencing Canada for world audiences this way.

Why can I only listen to one version of Radio one and radio two? I also dont know how the live program relates to the online schedule.

Ive listened to CBC Radio 3 for more than a decade, that is up until now. Unfortunately, anyone situated outside of Canada arent permitted to listen in anymore. I thought removing your unique and talented hosts Lana Gay and Grant Lawrence was really shooting yourselves in the foot, but this far exceeds my wildest expectations. Hopefully whoever has been in charge for the past few years gets replaced as soon as possible. Thanks for the music CBC Radio 3, you will be missed.

This app provides a very good selection of English-language Canadian radio programming, including some of the CBCs most popular syndicated shows. I was surprized, though, that it includes no French-language programs. If youre looking for Francophone Canadian radio, try "La Radio de Radio-Canada" (so far available only as an iPod app that can run on the iPad).

Nice layout, glad to see it on the iPad. The Strombo show makes the app quit though, and as another person mentioned, theres no French content.
